Richard Kisiel gave us a grand and fascinating tour of the Capitol and the Legislative Office Building.  It was well enjoyed by all.  In the end there were about 15 of us, and we were very pleased to include several wives in the group.  Although we were on a very informative extended tour of about 90 minutes, there remained a great deal more to see, mostly of historical interest.  It became clear that Connecticut has made a disproportionately large contribution to the history, character and government of our country, compared to its size.  We were able to enjoy both chambers in a relaxed mode, since the Senate and House were not in session.
