Superintendent for West Hartford Schools. Paul has joined West Hartford Schools in May 2023. He has an undergraduate degree in pure mathematics from the University of Connecticut (1992), a master’s in pure mathematics from Trinity College (1998), and an 092 administrative certification from the University of Hartford.
